Soldering Fan Stand

My soldering fan wasn't able to catch all of the fumes, especially when the part was elevated while using helping hands. So I made this to help for [this particular fan](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08FCMH3VF/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1&tag=cults0d-20) but it should work with some other generic ones.
