Solid button for LED COB Headlamp from AliExpress

Button for powering on one of this inexpensive COB LED headlamps that are very popular now on AliExpress/Temu etc.
Battery life is awful but when it works it's very bright so I decided to keep it.

The original rubber power button from my headlamp snapped the very first time I tried to use it so I decided to try and make a replacement.

Pole distances from the design are close enough to touch the power button that is sunk on the hole, but stay springy enough to be able to power on/off the thing, and the slim and larger post fits so the whole button will stay in place.

Use some hot glue on this slimmer pole and then quickly insert the button aligning the poles. Allow the hot glue to cure and then the button will stay in place and only come off if you yank it hard enough, so it won't be lost accidentally.

It doesn't have a flap anymore and it's no longer "water proof" but you can still put the USB charging cable while the button is
