This is a solid state relay box for controlling a 120v load. I presume it will work for 240v too but don't have a way to check this. AC connections are set up around C14 male and female plugs with screw mount sockets. Some parts were purchased from a local supplier and some from Amazon.
Space is included for a 12v power supply board to run a 40mm fan to cool the SSR attached to a heat sink. The control connection is made using a JST connector l soldered breadboard. I used a 2 position JST connector but left enough room for a 4 position connector so you can bring 12v from your power supply if you don't want to use a power supply in the box.
I bought my SSR locally but still used Kapton tape to put a thermal cutoff on the SSR in case it overheats. I used Wago lever nuts to make internal AC connections but wire nuts would work ok too.
It sounds like SSR's fail on so be sure to use appropriate safety controls on the load. In my case, it was another thermal cutoff as its
