I designed this part to allow clean and fast wiring of the wing connections inside Sonicmodell's Binary. It offers recesses for a female XT30 and differently sized pin headers.
Installation:
- Feed the cables through the slots from the bottom
- Solder pin headers to the cables. Pay attention to make compact solder joints or the assembly might not fit
- Press the pin headers in the recesses. It helps to use a empty servo connector. Make sure the pin headers are seated properly. The last portion of each recess (except of the XT30) is a little bit tighter, so it might require some force and/or minor cutting on the plastic part of the pin headers. While the fit is tight, I recommend to use a small portion of glue glue to secure them.
- The 2/3/4 pin servo connectors should now fit tightly but are still removable without friction
- Screw the assembly to the Binary's wooden FC mounting plate using two screws that normally come with servos. Some might prefer to glue it in place.
