Found my AR Wing Mini after 6 months and decided to rebuild it. The hatch was missing and there wasn't a 3D-printable one available, so I decided to go ahead and design one myself.
This is a super basic hatch, but as you can see in the pictures it fits my beat-up fuselage rather well (your mileage may vary). It might not be 100% perfect, but I honestly don't want to spent more time on a part that costs $5. Hopefully this can be useful to someone.
Print laying on the side for ideal airflow and maximum efficiency (will take long and is harder to print, tree supports recommended). Print standing on the front for the easiest print and least support. With 2 walls and 8% infill the parts comes in at around 31.4g, so heavier than the original one, but also a lot stronger.
A 3S 18650 LiIon pack fits nicely under the front hatch, so there is more room available than with the stock canopy. I might experiment with adding an action cam mount once the AR Wing is flying again.
