Sony AF E-Mount adapter LA-EA0.01

A minor remix of the great LA-EA0 from *Vincentpartman*.

### Changes:

- I've added a few more light seals to the design
- The E-mount is joined directly to the barrel to use less screws
- Lens release is a simple screw. Rationale being as this adapter is 3d printed you can semi permanently attach one to each lens you own.
- Main bore slightly increased to reduce vignetting on full frame cameras
- The aperture lever arm now mates into a rescess on the aperture ring so it cannot rotate around the screw which secures it
- Aperture ring notches and detents were remodeled (because I lost those features not in order to change them)
