Sortimo 1x2 Bin Cap and Label

Turns out that if the parts are small enough, they can still escape the bins in the Sortimo carrier. I had an issue with BBs making it out of a 1x2 bins so designed a cap that fits snuggly into the bin but can still be removed easily. Also includes a space for a 12mm label and matches the label collars I've made for other bin sizes.
