When working on a more complex project featuring an assortment of screws it's good practice sorting the small parts in advance. Norman Chan even designate a term for this: knowling. So, if you build a IKEA cabinet or some secret challenging project (as I did lately) it's much easier to use a sorting box. Unfortunately most sorting boxes are made from plastics or metal and the inner corners are always square making it unnecessarily hard to take out small parts.
Using a large ball nose endmill (1/2" diameter) I rounded the inner edges of the individual compartments. The whole try is made from 21 mm thick board of spruce.
I did not test the stl. If you get a 3d-printer that is able to print this size and you are willing to try, I'd be glad to get some feedback.
