This is a custom 3D-printed replacement cap for the bottom of a sous vide circulator.
The original part cracked over time, and without it, the motor couldn’t spin properly — it would get stuck against the bottom of the container. This printed part restores full functionality: it fits into the original slots, guides the water flow, and circulates it just like the factory version.
✅ Features:
60 mm diameter
Printed in PETG for high heat resistance (tested at 55–60°C)
Snaps securely into the original mounting slots
Fully tested and working — sous vide meat is back on the menu!
🖨️ Print settings:
Material: PETG or another heat-resistant filament
Nozzle: 0.4 mm
Infill: 30–50% (for durability)
Layer height: 0.2–0.4 mm
Supports needed:
for the internal elevated flat section
for the mounting blades
for the rounded outer bottom
💡 Note:
This part is not intended for direct food contact. It functions only as a flow director for the internal pump and should be used accordingly. Ensure a snug f
