Hyperpixel 4 is probably the best touch solution for the Raspberry using Octoprint.

This here is a super minimalistic holder for the Hyperpixel screen to mount the Raspi with the screen to the Sovol SV01. I did not want to do another box with a fan. Like this everything stays open and does need not be cooled.

Just a great combo. You could use Octodash (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kwo3HMBnqC4) or Octoscreen (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OJ59hXSyBoI).
