I made a small SP Connect holder for my phone to place on the stem beam of my CUBE Kathmandu Pro bike. Diameter is 32,8mm wich leaves clearance of 1mm for some rubber or damper inlay (old piece of bike tube works well) and will be fixed with two zip ties.
