Space Communist Silvertip

I decided to remix the Mako into a more FDM friendly design and give it a bit of a spin from the series Ghost in the Shell SAC. I adapted the design of the Jigabachi anti-tank helicopter to fit into a Tuna army. The front-mounted gun was replaced with a belly-mounted movable turret and ball bun mount. I kept the wing hardpoints but switched to 4 missiles instead of the SMS because I felt they are a little too boxy. The front turret received a sensor array that pivots up and down as well as rotates. The engines received a complete overhaul to make them a little more FDM friendly. I split them into sections to make support removal easier and in some cases not required at all. Details that were too small or thin-walled to print well were completely rebuilt. They also have a central axis post if you want to have the sections spin independently.
