Spacecat Launch Pad (w/ Fasteners)

A small remix of [jnewt's](https://www.thingiverse.com/jnewt/designs) [Spacecat Launch Pad case](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2966658) that adds counterbored holes to the high profile cap and case to accommodate M3x16 screws to better secure the cap and case together. I was having some issues with my printer's tolerances so this was an easier fix than reprinting the case a dozen times trying to try and get the friction fit just right. The holes are small enough that an M3 button head or socket cap screw should be able to self tap and hold securely flush with the cap.

I'd also recommend a bit of Loctite Fun-Tak or similar putty on the end of the PCB to really snug the whole thing together.
