Spacer for CR-Touch/BL-Touch

This is a simple spacer based on the CR-Touch bed leveler but will also work with a BL-Touch.

Issue I was having was with changing extruders and nozzles and ending up with the probes being too high thus causing my nozzle to ram into the bed. With this little spacer, you can move your probe down if you need to. The base model is set to 2mm but you can easily adjust the height to be bigger or smaller or just can print a couple and stack them!

Other thing is if you already have a bltouch and just want to swap to a crtouch, the crtouch is a tiny bit shorter.

I made the holes on the spacer just a tiny bit smaller than the screw size to help keep the screws in place when you're mounting it up.
