Spacers for Flashforge Dreamer print head

In the first gen Flashforge Dreamer the allen screws that fasten the print head components to the carriage extend too far into the alu block and obstruct the adjacent (fan) allen screws.

These spacers/washers prevent the allen screws from extending unnecessarily deep into the alu block, thereby solving the issue.
