This helmet was made to be a display piece only and the pieces in my build are held together by Loctite gel super glue (I find this brand very strong for gluing PLA).
The plume is made from the bristles of a couple dollar store brooms. I put some blocks of foam inside to make it fit my head but you really cannot wear it like that. I'm sure with some ingenuity, you could come up with a hardhat style headband for it though.
*SCALE: these stl's were exported incorrectly. You will probably have to scale them to 2540% when you load them into your slicer! I was new to 3D printing when I exported many of my designs and I will be going through them to fix this issue when I have time. I will also add that I have a large head and this was even on the larger side for me. You may want to scale accordingly.
