Specialized / SKS mudguard light mount

This is a mount for lights to fit onto the SKS mudguards that were fitted to my Specialized Tricross. Unfortunately I'd had a crash and lost the reflector that was fitted which left a whole in the mudguard. This part fits into that hole and allows lights which typically mount to a seat post to be fitted
