A sphericon and something to hold it in!
The Sphericon comes in two parts so you can put in magnets (with glue) and decide if you want it in halves or the full piece. There are multiple ways to make a Sphericon, so do some looking around.
I cannot put the full equation for the Sphericon on here, so Google is your friend. (Yay maths!)
