Spike Ring

I really loved the original design, but wanted to correct three things:

* the ring body is a bit narrow for its purpose, especially at smaller sizes
* the points are short and a bit blunt
* while the inside of the ring has a bezel, the outside did not

I've tweaked the file and supply two sizes here. Other ring sizes can be obtained by scaling the model
