This is a roulette with 12 division you can modify to insert text in each slot. It is composed of 4 parts:
1. the stand
2. the wheel,
3. the arrow and the pin.

I design with tight tolerances for them to fit without glue. But it can vary from printer to printer. Feel free to use any color combination.
