Spinning Arrow Drinking Game

Wanted to make a small gift for a friends birthday and changed the original design to make it fit to an old clock face I had lying around.
I designed the arrow so that its center of gravity is in the middle of the bearing, now there's less wobbling while spinning.
Uses same 608zz bearing as original design.
You'll need an M8 bolt with washer an nut for assembly.
Write some "dares" onto the clockface an viola!
