This low poly ball on stand that I designed to practice print in place model.
The ball spins around the the shaft and it's a fun fidget to have on your desk.
I designed this in onshape using various techniques.
This was printed and designed for FDM 3D Printer.
You will need supports for this model to specifically elevate the ball and keep in place in the center.
I provided support settings in the pictures and you can either use tree supports to prop up the ball above the stand or use snug normal supports for this.
Once it's printed, use precision pliers to pull the supports off. If you the settings provided they will come of really easily.
