It's a modular spinning dice box holder/organizer, it fits 9 dice boxes per layer.
I already designed a different Dice Box organizer for the Chessex dice boxes, but I needed something that occupied less space and could fit the new larger boxes I bought. The old one is here:

It has 2 different sizes, one for the Chessex Dice Boxes (3.8cm x 3.8cm x 7.1cm) and the second one for the Bescon dice boxes I bought on amazon (4.1cm x 4.1cm x 6.9cm). You can mix the 2 different sizes into the same holder.
It's really easy to build, all you need is to print 1 Bottom, as many Middles as you need, 1 Top, and if you want a Top Piece. Then you just stack then together.
I'm not sure how tall you can make it, I tested up to 4 full layers and it still works great.
I also suggest adding rubber feet to the bottom piece so it won't scratch the surface you put it on.
It's pretty easy to spin, and it can take a certain amount of force. I know it's
