Work in Progress.
The spring is just one straightened out cut and bent with pliers to test the idea.
I have played around with the idea of a 3d printed spring but to little success. I still believe a 3d printed spring could still be viable but not in this form factor.
Parts used.
Bolt 3/16x18mm
Bering 5x14x5mm
the other screws are subject to change and anything that will fit will do.
leave a comment if you want the fusion 360 files to tinker with and I will upload them.
