Spiral Notebook Protector

My son-in-law is a deputy sheriff and asked if I could create a cover for his notebook because it always gets frayed from excessive use (in and out of his molle vest pockets). I also work in the legal field and have had similar problems with notebooks fraying or getting messed up before the end of their lifespan.
