At its core, this is a 1x3x4 with the same kind of extended 1x2x3 mechanism I’ve used in the past. The mechanism is simple enough for the 1x4 layers to be split in half without compromising any of the internals, which turns the puzzle into a sort of bandaged 2x3x4.

Scale pieces to 60% of current size in your slicer before printing.
