Split bin for Bauer and Tactix Modular storage

This is a replacement bin for designed to be compatible with the BAUER Storage System Modular Organizer Item #58513 available at Harbor Freight, it will also fit similar items from Tactix(who makes the bins harbor freight rebrands) and I've sene other vendors(jobsmart at tractor supply) occaionally use tactix as an OEM as well. I designed it with a split compartment so I can keep two different types of rack screw organized in the bins(until I find out I have all four somehow and need a quad split bin instead)
