Sponge holder for sink

Single print a hook-like holder for your sink sponge!

I used to have a suction-cup style sponge holder but as you can see, my sink is brushed steel and it was just a matter of time before the suckers lost their adhesion to the inner sink walls. Yesterday, it fell down for the last time!! I drafted this replacement and it is super simple, dries easily and will hold on to a wet sponge as well as a dry one.

Midpoint of my sink faucet to the edge of the sink: 33mm(L). Diameter of base of faucet: 40mm (R*2).

BTW - On account of its skinny footprint, I had better luck printing this item with painter's tape vs. printing directly on my bare Wanhao build plate.

March 4th, 2016 update: New kitchen in a new city! I made another version which has a radius of 20mm and a reach length of 40mm (center point of faucet base to edge of sink).

August 28th, 2017 update: Added a new file with radius 20mm and reach of 55mm for my new sink.
