This is a sink caddy with sections to hold a steel wool, rectangular sponge, food scraper, and two cylindrical brushes (large and small).
It includes drain holes to prevent water from pooling in the bottom.
There is a separate drainage tray that allows water to drain into the sink. Note that this is sized specifically for my sink/counter, so the front lip is nearly flush with the edge of the sink. If you have more or less space, this won't work, but you should be able to scale in X and/or Y directions to make it fit your kitchen. Keep in mind that if you scale too much, then the sponge, scraper, etc, will not fit.
I recommend printing the drainage tray in an orientation where the angled "floor" is horizontal when printed. This will give a true sloped surface instead of a stepped surface. Also, you might want to paint or otherwise seal the top of the drainage tray to ensure that water runs along the tray instead of seeping through it.
