Spool adapter for 195mm spools

I could not find a spool adapter with accurate sizes so I made one myself. There is nothing fancy about it. There is a bit of a lip to help keep it on spools. It was a bit snug for me but there is no slippage. You can always scale up by 0.1 or 0.2%
