Spool for Filament Samples

Do you also have some filament samples, that didn’t come on a spool? How do you print with those samples? Do you rewind them on an empty spool?

I didn’t like that idea. Therefore I designed a mini spool with a thread. Just open the spool, put your filament sample in, and close the spool again. Quick and easy!

Spool1.stl: Part 1 of the spool
Spool2.stl: Part 2 of the spool
cylinder.stl: If nessecary (according to the radius of your filament winding), put this cylinder between the two parts of the spool and put your filament over that cylinder.
Spool complete.stl: All parts together in one file.
