With nowhere to store my spool collection, I came up with these hangers that link to each other and fit nicely in your closet. You can link 4 hangers for a total of 8 spools, I didn't test beyond that. After a month of testing, I see no issues at all. Designed with PLA in mind, so pretty much any filament will work well.
