spool holder (adjustable, stable, smooooth)

I wanted to design and develop an easy to build and stable filament spool holder that is also adjustable for different spool widths. I had a few standard aluminum v-profile wheels laying aroud and decided to use them for the spool holder. I also wanted to design one where you do not need many different parts...

to print:

4x spool holder alpha 2 bracket
1x spool holder alpha 2 mount

you will need:

8x M5x25mm screws
2x normal wood screws (diameter not over 4mm)
4x standard reprap V-profile wheels (ca. 11x24mm)
(large build area)

how to build:

stick together two of the brackets as showed in the pictures. Then screw them together with the M5 screws. The wheels are also mounted with these M5 screws.

The "spool holder alpha 2 mount" part goes where you want to have the spool holder mounted. Use the wood screws to tighten the mount part.
