This spoolholder can be directly bolted to the top left corner of the frame of your Anet A8 3D printer. There is no need for any bearings etc. 100% 3D printed parts!
Regarding your concerns about the added weight on top of your printer, I did not observe any negative influence on printing quality after switching to that system.
