This is a spool holder modified from the TUSH design to suit Ender 3. This design is easier to print, no support needed an it is adjustable for spool with different width.
For this setup, 4 pcs of 608z bearing, 4 pcs of part A (Red in pic) and 2 pcs of part B (Black in pic) are required. Part B is then held down to the top bar using the screws and t-nuts used for the original spool holder, with part A slide in between part B.
Super glue is needed to assemble two part A together since the bearing does not fit tightly. (model A1 has larger radius for press fit bearing.)
Note: -Print Part B using 101% or 102% scale for easier installation and fitment.
-Use enclosure for printer for ABS.
-Use tabs on the corner of the prints for printing ABS.
-My printing time for every single part is around 1hour 50min with 20% infill.
