Spool Holder For Small Hole Spools

I designed this spool holder for odd sized Robo3D spools of filament that are 4" wide with a 1" hole. The spool holder shaft is 101mm long (about 4") x 19.25mm in diameter (about 3/4"). The nut is 37.5mmx37.5mmx10mm, designed to fit in the original Ender 3 spool holder bracket snugly so all you need to do is spin the shaft to tighten it.


Update: Changed nut to a split nut to avoid having to resize due to uncalibrated printer and added OddSizeSpoolHolder.stl and OddSizeSpoolHolderNut.stl properly orientated for printing.

Update: Added another spool holder for smaller holes (Needed for BuMat Glow in the Dark ABS rolls).

The Small_Spool_Holder is 100mm or 4" long and has a diameter of about 13mm or 1/2".
The OddSizeSpoolHolder is 101mm or 4" long and has a diameter of 19.25mm or 3/4".
The nut fits both sizes.

Small prints best orientated with the threaded size down using tree supports with at least 50% infill for strength.
