This is my interpretation of a spool holder. You need:
2 x Part1
2 x Part2
2 x M14 nut (normally includedin delivery content of Anet A6)
2 x Fidget Spinner Bearing (for example: http://amzn.to/2E9G75M)
A mount designed for Anet A6 for this spool holder will follow. But you can also use mounts like this one:

or the standard spool mount.
