Spool Rack for 15mm Dowels

This 3D-printed spool rack is designed to hold spools using 15mm diameter dowels, which can be conveniently purchased at the 100-yen store, Seria. By using 45cm long dowels, you can store up to 10 spools across two tiers, five per row. The design incorporates structural holes along the sides, which reinforce vertical strength by distributing the load along the edges of the rack, ensuring stability. This model is printed in PLA, and despite being a relatively lightweight material, it offers ample strength for holding multiple spools securely. この3Dプリンタで作成されたスプールラックは、直径15mmの丸棒を使用してスプールを収納するデザインです。この丸棒は100円均一のセリアで簡単に購入できます。45cmの丸棒を使うことで、2段にわたり最大10個のスプールを収納できます（一列に5個ずつ）。設計には、側面に強度を高めるための穴を設けており、その周囲が荷重を分散することで縦方向の強度を確保しています。このモデルはPLA素材で印刷されており、軽量ながらも十分な強度を提供し、複数のスプールを安全に保持できます。
