Spool Roller (made on A1 mini)

I designed this Spool Roller to be printable on the A1 mini. It has been designed to require no supports when printing and to use under 140g of filament. I have printed this successfully without using a brim on the rollers, however the layout on the plate allows for a brim to be set on the rollers (use Process Objects to set this only on the rollers) if you have a filament with bed adhesion problems. Assembly requires 4 skateboard bearings (608ZZ), or if you wish to you can also use this printed 608 Bearing - High Tolerance - Print & Assemble, select the ‘Free Spinning’ version though, which I have tested successfully with this model.The 608ZZ bearings are likely to be force fit so will need to be pressed in or gently persuaded with a soft face hammer.The printed bearings require more gentle fitting. I printed the model with Bambu Matte Black filament, your filament size tolerances may differ. The second plate has some sample cut parts of the components that can be printed out to test
