I really liked Peter's wall-mount “Spool-Vue”; I thought it was efficient and attractive at the same time! Unfortunately I just didn't have the vertical wall space to accommodate all my filament. So using the base concept of the Spool-Vue and turning it 90 degrees allowed me to create a condensed rotatable storage solution for 36 or more filament spools in a 4'6"x2'x2' footprint. I really created this just for myself, but I'm posting it to both give Peter props and maybe someone will find it useful. I'll advise you it takes a LOT of filament and time. About a week of printing and about 6 spools of filament with no misprints (thus I use cheap $13/kg PETG). The main structure is supported by (3) 4' long ½" black pipe from your local hardware store and related screw caps (6).
