Spool Weight, Heavy, Easy use

I could not find a heavy spool weight that worked for me so I designed one. This spool weight will weigh about 250g when filled with sand and about 15 pennies. It could be heavier with lead weights if needed. One side of weight is to fill sand with a tight screw on cap, the other side is a pop on cap for easy everyday use.
