My daughter asked me to make one of these but others on Thingiverse have yet to explain how they created their's. So, I found my own way.

Save file in SVG format.
Import the SVG into Tinker CAD. https://www.tinkercad.com/
Make the import a hole and then throw a base down (like a box) to cut image into the block.
Print! :)
