I made this two part version for people that don't have a two color 3D-printer or that are too lazy to switch filaments mid-print. This version also protects the fragile barcode-lines, making it less likely for them to break off.
The fit is tight, so be careful when pressing the inlay into the case. Normally, the tight fit is enough to hold the parts together (no glue required).
Printed in PLA.
My print settings (for an Ender 3):
Layer height: 0.2mm
Top/Bottom thickness: 0.6mm
Wall thickness: 0.8mm (assuming a 0.4mm nozzle)
Speed: 50mm/s
Infill: 20%
Print CaseV2.stl with the BARCODE SLOTS FACING UPWARDS and enable support. This avoids spacing problems and has a higher chance of being scanned correctly afterwards.
Print InlayV1.stl SLOWLY to make sure your printer gets the barcode right
