Lo spremi uva "pestarola" è l'attrezzo che si azionava a mano facendo girare la manovella e serviva per schiacciare l'uva provocando la rottura degli acini. Questa lavorazione, chiamata anche pigiatura, serve a produrre il mosto che poi viene versato nelle botti per la fermentazione.
The grape squeezer "pestarola" is the tool that are operated by hand by turning the crank and was used to crush the grapes causing breakage of the berries. This processing is used to produce the wort, which is then poured into barrels for fermentation.
