This was an experiment in some spring connectors I got, proof of concept is there but only if your printer can print small parts very well.
The Spring connector part number is 0930-0-15-20-75-14-11-0, is made by Mill-Max, and sold on https://www.digikey.com, They are quite small so be careful. They can be heat pressed into their holes using a soldering iron.
The contacts are brass rods, about 1.19 mm diameter, and can be picked up online or at hobby stores.
The magnets are 3mm diameter, 1.7mm height, and can be bought from many places, depending on the strength you want them to have.
