Spring Mechanism This is a simple model I designed to test out a basic spring mechanism. It's a functional print and can be a fun little demo of how springs work in 3D prints. The model is set up to print with brims by default. I've found this helps with bed adhesion; however, the brims can be a bit tricky to remove cleanly. I've experimented with printing it without a brim, but it tends to struggle with stability in the first few layers. If you give this a try and manage to get a clean print without the brim, I'd love to hear what slicer settings worked for you! Open to any tips or tweaks you might suggest.
