This is a collection of parts used on a model Springer pusher tug. The kort nozzle is posted as a separate part on Thingiverse.
The hull and deck of the boat are not 3D printed. The deck and bottom are made of 1/8" plywood. The sides, bow and stern are made of 1/2" plywood. The pdf drawing file shows the overall design with dimensions. The txt file shows the profile of the sides.
The deck is supported by a pair of 1/2" thick cross members located as shown in the drawing. The Post.stl is mounted in the center of the aft cross-member. The forward fenders are attached to studs in the forward cross-member.
The pusher fenders are made of three parts - bump frame, bump cross and bump flex. One bumper cross is printed with a pair of mirror-imaged bumper frames. The bumper flex was printed using a "Flexi-Dually" so the the rigid frame and flexible fender are printed as one piece. However, the flex fender is optional and can be left out if you don't have the dual extruder capability.
