Sprinter Ultra Shelf

Need extra space in your Sprinter? This shelf may be the answer. I haven't fully tested the weight capacity or offroad durability yet, that comes this summer. This is partially based on a remix of MB Sprinter RAM ball mount by gnossong . I moved the RAM ball mount and added some goodies. As they mention you will need 2 M5x60 cap screws and nuts. The Ram balls will shear off regardless of print line orientation without the support of the screws. For durability in the van this should be printed in PETG except for the TPU liners. The shelf itself prints in two parts and is at the max capacity of my A1 print plate. I found hemostats /needle drivers the best means to remove the support from the female end of the shelf. Cyanoacrylates are not strong enough to hold the shelf together. I would recommend a two part epoxy like JB weld etc. I used a two part epoxy to put the shelf together.
