This is a flat cable hanger and clips for a Creality Sprite Pro extruder. The hanger mounts in the back top rail of an ender 3 pro or any printer actually and it helps not bend the cable as much as no guide does.
Make sure you have enough room for the extruder to move then lock in the top guide with a rail nut.
The clips are to hold the BL Touch wire flat to the ribbon cable.
Works good for me.
