This mech was the result of the idea that an ultralight mech was faster than a normal light mech and thus could run around most mechs without getting hit. The big problem behind that idea was that this mech would have even less armor and less weaponry.

But the Inner sphere wouldnt be the inner sphere if people would only put good ideas into Production, so they mass produced this thing and sent it into combat. They exploded...
